The cleaning fees included in the rates include bed linen, shower descents, towels and pool towels as well as the cleaning of the houses and pool house.

If the property is rented for 2 weeks, the bed linen, shower descents, towels and pool towels will be changed and a small cleaning is planned after the 1st week. This service is included in the rates.

The following products are provided upon arrival: organic products in each bathroom, toilet paper, garbage bags.

In order for everything to go smoothly, the gardener and the pool technician could come during your stay.

A welcome booklet will be made available to you upon arrival.

We ask for a 3,000€ deposit for the week (or 500€ if you are renting only “Dar Diaf”)

A tourist tax of 2.9 € per adult (>18 years old) and per day is to be expected.

We ask for 50% of the total as a down payment in order to confirm the reservation. The balance (50%), deposit, and tourist tax must be paid one month before the rental.

Cancellation conditions: 30% will be charged if the cancellation takes place 1 month before the rental; 50% will be charged if the cancellation is made within the month before the rental.
