An idyllic setting for a nice breath of fresh air. The place is simply magical with an extraordinary view of this majestic garden.
The kitchen is more than well equipped with the possibility of having a good plancha on the terrace while admiring the valley in the distance.
The azure blue swimming pool is magnificent and very pleasant for taking long lengths. Rooms full of charm and tastefully decorated. The place is located near superb small villages. A great opportunity to discover the markets, local products, castles and walks along the Dordogne. We had a great time!

We had the immense pleasure of staying in an exceptional property, lulled by soothing tranquility and undeniable pleasantness. Every moment spent there went without the slightest hitch, creating a warm and friendly environment. The terrace, spacious and comfortable, has become our favorite place, offering a breathtaking view of a breathtaking valley. Especially in the evening, when the majestic spectacle of hot air balloons slowly rising into the sky mingled with the splendor of the sunsets.

The weather was on our side, offering cloudless skies during our stay. This leniency allowed us to explore the surrounding charms, enriched by the proximity of picturesque villages nestled on the banks of the Dordogne. And on days when we preferred to enjoy the calm of the property, the swimming pool and its furnished poolhouse were real havens of relaxation.

The immaculate condition of the property was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, an attention to detail which deserves to be highlighted.

Having had the opportunity to stay in several gîtes around Sarlat, we can say without hesitation that this one charmed us the most. I recommend it without any reservation.

We had a wonderful stay in Les Hauts de Chaunac. The property is thought out down to the smallest detail and decorated with great taste to ensure a perfect stay for its guests. The rooms are very comfortable and each has a lovely spacious bathroom. Generally speaking, it is extremely well equipped (household appliances, electric charging station, tourist documentation, etc.).
The large adjoining terrace allows you to enjoy the view of the park and gardens at any time of the day, both for lunch/dinner and to relax (and watch the hot air balloons passing through the valley). While being isolated (the calm of this little haven of peace is precious), the location of the house also allows easy access to numerous villages, activities and restaurants.
On sunny days, the swimming pool area allows you to cool off while enjoying a little shade under the covered terrace furnished with comfortable sofas.

The individual rooms with their own bathroom were absolutely beautiful. Every detail was thought out with care, which delighted us from the moment we arrived.

The view from the villa was simply breathtaking. The atmosphere was peaceful and the fountain added a touch of charm. The facilities of the villa were exceptional, whether it was the swimming pool, the pétanque court for our family time or the well-kept garden, everything was perfectly designed to provide a luxury experience.
